Colombian national father and son reunited through successful Hague Petition filed in Connecticut Family Court

With the support of the U.S. State Department, we successfully reunited a Colombian father with his son, who was unlawfully retained in Connecticut after a holiday trip by his mother and who thus faced possible deportation and sanctions. After nearly two years apart, our client finally got to hug his son and take him home.
